We’ve been building new homes to commercial buildings, tourism developments and home renovations since 2000.

Founded by Harold and Maureen Tracey, H&M Tracey has grown from strength to strength to become one of the most awarded builders in the North West region of Western Australia.

We’re a little different from other building companies
Starting from humble beginnings, we have grown to 40+ staff members, who are each passionate about creating connections with people at all points of a project and of course, quality workmanship.

Majority of our staff are qualified tradespeople and builders so there is no “client liaisons”. You’ll be working directly with our team to make your dreams a reality and that has been important to us from the very beginning.

Our unique view of ensuring that the person who owns the store, runs the store, means that your project is always handled with the utmost care and clear communication.
